And here, I found a teaser trailer for it (if any of you have not seen it yet).
Frank Miller is writing and directing(?) it.
The teaser is hopefully a bit misleading, but it looks kind of... well, you decide.

The teaser works...I particularly like the score. A nice blend of Danny Elfman's "Batman" score with Ennio Morricone's work on "The Untouchables." Considering the subject matter, that makes perfect sense.
Interesting. I'm not a Frank Miller fan (I know, that's heresy in comic book circles). So I'll pass judgment when I see more.
They should have given the character more weight as he traversed the rooftops. They might have well not taken out the wires.
On the other hand, still love the tie. And the cats.
